enabling "Config->Output->Container Settings->Mp4 Settings->FFmpeg instead of Mp4Box" should do it.

I did it! Problem solved, the video is visible on the icon. So the problem is in the MP4box. Mp4box is infamous for its bugs.  Can you make FFMPEG for all NVENCC encodings as default setting in the next release of Hybrid ?

IF somebody want to chose MP4 box, he can restore it, but it would be better not to be as default setting.

Same goes for ffmpeg and basically any other tool I know of.

Not going to happen. You can change the default for yourself.
