Nice.. Autocrop now appears to work.  however, the 'crop view' button still does not.

a. Have you checked in the taskmgr whether the viewer is just taking a long time to open?
Like I wrote before for my Blu-rays it took multiple minutes to open.
b. Have you tried switching to FFmpegSource2 like I suggested?
