Nope doesn't work either.
only way that seems to work is to add

export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/lib:/usr/local/lib
export PYTHONPATH=/usr/local/lib/python3.6/site-packages:/usr/local/lib/python3.6/site-packages

at the end of

~/.profile

(and close the terminal and open a new)
