seriously, I saw Placebo as an option the QTGMC de-interlacer. Is that where it uses the Vulkan scripts ?

		No, that is a preset.
libplacebo is one of the options to do HDR->SDR conversions.
It's not used in QTGMC.
No clue what the issue with the vulkan sdk is.

		It is just some stupid problem with Vulcan installer due system folders changes in macOS versions. I have no idea why they change installer so many times and just can't do normal PKG based on common macOS guidelines.
I upload legacy vulkansdk-macos-1.2.170.0.dmg to same Google Drive folder now:
