Can't reproduce.
- I started Hybrid.
(Filtering->Misc->Auto-refresh Preview is disabled, using Filter Order)
- opened a source
- opened Vapoursynth Preview
- enabled Filtering->Vapoursynth->Color->Basic->Levels
- hit refresh button
- hit refresh button
no, popup,..

Strange. Pop-up simply appears when i click Refresh Preview 2 or more times. Even if no any filter enabled. Maybe send you a log?

Okay, seems a MacOS only issue,..
I can reproduce it in a MacOS VM, but not on Linux or Windows.
Rewrote some stuff, hopefully it helps and doesn't break other stuff.

Released a new version.
Strange, thing is why is the current build so small? The one before was 400MB larger,.. (no clue what's missing)

Its due Vulcan. They redesign installer into single app and it became smaller.
As i described earlier - this new installer don't works correctly on Mojave

Also seems you use MKVToolNix.app 59 which is also not supported on Mojave.
Is it something special in MKVToolNix 59 for this new version of Hybrid? Is it ok to keep using MKVToolNix 52?
Also seems you duplicate by mistake same libraries in multiple folders inside Hybrid

It's okay to keep mkvtoolnix 52, there were a bunch of fixes in regard to subtitles, H.265 files etc. but if you did not run into them you probably will not.
