i only want the no loss file, don't care about the storage space.

if a 1080i AVC file, means x264 already, need to deinterlace with no loss to get a 1080P file , keep the same bitrate, using x264, average 1-pass, with Avisynth QTGMC, MPEG4 to MPEG4, the finished encoded file will be the same quality with no loss?

or in the Base tab, set the "video" to "passthrough all" to deinterlace to get the no loss quality file ?
