Same should be true for the "HEVC Video Extension".
My guess if mkv files have the same issue Windows lags a system wide mkv splitter or the decoder has some problem with a feature of the file.

so you mean if win10 has this, can using Hybrid to encode that resolve the two problems?

However, this was added in v1809 so it won’t install codec automatically on previous versions of Windows 10.
i'm v1809 already, and other x265 files are OK, no problem, only encode by Hybrid x265 have these two problem.
