Yes I recreate a new Job and the audio encoding works, but after every step in the job it pop up an error, but it was starting the following step after pushing ok, only when it have to start the 2nd pass Hybrid suddenly exit and the job was deleted. However the 2nd pass was started and is possible to find the file in the Temp directory.

When it finish encoding the video I'll try your new version

Even if it crashed and it was not possible to see in Task Manager, Hybrid did the job. And a pop up inform me that the video was created the only problem is that when I play the video there is no audio and demuxing the audio truck produce a 0 Kbyte file.
The audio created in the Temp directory works fine.

Which level of Debug output do you need?

With the new Version the error doesn't pop up anymore and mencoder show a progression Bar.

It looks like mencoder is also faster.

There is still a problem the avi created has no sound and if you make a demux the Ac3 created has 0 kbye, but the intermediate audio file works without any problem.
