[HELP] Red Outline In Converted Videos.

Hello, Good morning everyone I am a new user in this forum and I wanted to ask a question about a problem that happens in the Hybrid when I change the value of the Fps of the videos and then I convert the video, the problem is a red outline in the videos in a Specific moment of the video, I searched all over the internet but found nothing about it, I will be attaching the video with the defect.

Are you using the latest version of Hybrid?

My guess is that you are using Interframe/SVP and this is what is happening.
Normally the current Hybrid release should include old enough verisons of svp to not produce the red border,...
Avisynth:
svpflow1.dll [v4.3.0.156] & svpflow2.dll [v4.3.0.160] - 32bit AviSynth;
and
Vapoursynth
svpflow1_vs.dll [v4.3.0.156] & svpflow2_vs.dll [v4.3.0.161] - 64bit VapourSynth;
