[BUG] mkv output always use ffmpeg instead of mkvmerge

Hybrid 2020.10.10.1
Win 10 LTSC 2019 x64

Unlike the previous Hybrid versions, this new version always use ffmpeg instead of mkvmerge for .mkv output.

This Hybrid version also always using 32-bit version of qaac instead of the 64-bit version of qaac on windows x64

Are you sure?
If the qaac used is in the 64bit folder it should be a 64bit version,..
(found the reason why ffmpeg is used, will fix in the next release later today)

Yes, I'm sure. It always 32-bit of qaac version on win x64

In this version, on folder "C:\Program Files\Hybrid\64bit" there are qaac & qaac64

(you can simply delete the qaac.exe and rename the qaac64.exe to qaac.exe)
