Need Help (Entry Point Not Found)

I need some help, I installed the newest version of Hybrid but every time I try to start it, I get this error:

"The procedure entry point ??0QColorDialogOptions@@QAE@XZ could not be located in the dynamic link library Qt5Gui.dll."

 If anyone can help I'd greatly appreciate it. Also I tried an older version and I get an odd frame lag after the conversion is over. If anyone can help with that (if there's no way to fix the other issue), I would appreciate it as well. I'm on Windows 7, 32 bit.Please, read the 'Infos needed to fix&reproduce bugs,..'-sticky before you post about a problem.

Probably the same issue as:

-> try whether extracting the attached 32bit dlls into your Hybrid and Hybrid/dynamic folder fixes the issue.

What do I extract the file with? It doesn't show as a zip file on my computer. Or do I just move it into that folder?

7z = 7-zip -> http://www.7-zip.org/ (WinRar can also extract them)

I extracted it into the dynamic folder and the hybrid folder and now I get this error.
