[HELP] when i try to encode MP4, error occurs

Look at your 'Audio-Queue', at least one of the jobs in there contains PCM audio not the aac audio.
Not a bug, but a user messing around.

yes, it's the default queue, not my setting, i have to delete all the queue, and re-add, it start encoding now, let's see when encode complete, what the file would be.

No, the default queue is empty. Since the default audio handling is 'ignore'.
You told Hybrid to add something to the queue, then probably switched to 'custom' afterwards and did not look at what Hybrid added before.

maybe when i import file, and click Audio -> passthrough all, then change to custom, so there is a default audio queue.

or when i import file, click Audio -> custom, switch to Audio tab, there is a default queue already.

If you set 'passthrough all' all found audio streams are added to the queue as they are,...
-> read the tool tips properly before blindly clicking around and wondering what is happening,..

but encoded file audio bitrate is 439K/S, max bitrate is 520K/S, is not what i set 3072K, is much lower than 3072K, why?
