[HELP] hybrid is processing Video twice before Muxing

please help is this normal? hybrid is processing the video twice before muxing it. that is why it takes too much time to convert videos.. took me twice as long.. hope you can enlighten me. thank you.  



it shows like this :

Wild guess: 2pass encoding is set as encoding method.
