[HELP] Fehlermeldung beim Muxxen (iPhone XR Clips)

Ich bin auf Hybrid durch diverse YT-Videos aufmerksam geworden. Ich schneide immer meine Urlaubsfilme aus meinen Aufnahmen von Cam, Action Cam, Osmo und iPhone zusammen und leider ist es ja nun mal so, dass gerade Aufnahmen vom iPhone immer mit 30/60/120FPS aufgenommen werden, wohingegen andere Cams in Europa mit 25/50/100FPS aufnehmen. Ich habe es nun schon hinbekommen einige Clips vom iPhone, die sowohl 1080p als auch 4K waren von 30FPS zu 50FPS mit Hybrid zu wandeln. Hybrid stürzt bei mir zwar immer direkt ab, wenn ich eine MOV lade, ändere ich die Dateierweiterung aber einfach auf MP4 ab, so funktioniert es.
Dennoch habe ich bei manchen Clips das Problem, dass wenn es zum Muxxen kommt, dies mit folgender Fehlermeldung abbricht:

Ich habe es bei Clips in 1080p und 4K vom gleichen iPhone, wo auch einige Clips zu muxxen funktionieren. Hat jemand eine Idee, wie ich den Fehler beheben kann und auch diese Clips fertig bekomme.

Okay, da Du dazu keinen DebugOutput gepostet hast bist Du damit wohl zufrieden,.. (hab hier keine Probleme mit .mov-Dateien)

Hybrid verwendet:
"--projection-type 0 --projection-pose-roll<trackID>:<rotation>" wenn nach MKV remultiplexed wird, "Config->Containers->General Settings->Rotation Handling" auf "passthrough" steht und die Quelle einen Rotation flag hat.
Sehe das Problem scheint so als ob mittdie Track ID dran muss.

Da Du nicht mal mitgeteilt hast was für ein Betriebssystem Du verwendest kann ich Dir auch keine dev Version zum Testen schicken.
Hab es hier getestet, mit der TrackID mit drinnen scheint es zu gehen, aber leider scheinen die meisten Player das Flag zu ignorieren,...
(Hab mit mkvtoolnix checked, der Aufruf ist korrekt. Das Rotation flag wird richtig gesetzt.)

Zunächst einmal vielen Dank für deine Antwort Selur. Ich bin da wirklich kein Experte, sondern nur einfacher Anwender mit meinem Videoschnitt, daher hatte ich mich auch so über die Möglichkeit gefreut mit Hybrid ein paar Clips noch auf die gleiche Framerate zu bringen. Ich habe jetzt erstmal einen Screenshot angehangen, was passiert, wenn ich eine MOV-Datei vom iPhone lade. Es graut sich dann alles aus und das war es dann. Was kann ich dir sonst noch schicken, damit du das Problem analysieren kannst?

Als Betriebssystem verwende ich ganz normal Windows 10 64-Bit. Ansonsten habe ich auch noch einen Screenshot von MediaInfo angehangen, von einer der Dateien, die nicht funktionieren. Hilft dir das weiter?

Laut der letzten Zeile werden da gerade TimeCodes extrahiert, was passiert weil der Input von MediaInfo als vfr (= variable frame rate) erkannt wird.
Dase dauert etwas (im Taskmgr sollte man auch sehen können das FFmpeg am Arbeiten ist), Hybrid sollte davon aber wieder kommen.
Falls nicht, bräuchte ich einen DebugOutput (steht im Sticky) um genau zu wissen wo es hagt.
Als workaround könnte man "Config->Input->Decoding->CRF output" und "Config->Internals->handling Ignore all input timecodes" aktivieren.
Eventuell hilft es auch schon "Config->Input->Extraction->Direct time code (ffmpeg)" zu deaktivieren.

Falls Du mir so eine Datei zukommen lassen könntest könnte ich auch genauer drauf schauen.

Danke für die dev Version. Wenn ich rein nur die Version installiere, lassen sich MOV nach wie vor nicht öffnen. Nur mit Deaktivieren von "Direct time code" ebenfalls nicht. Wenn ich die anderen beiden Punkte dazu aktiviere, dann öffnet sich die MOV, allerdings dann kommt die angehängte Fehlermeldung. Diese muss ich dann neun Mal wegklicken und dann fängt das Programm an zu rendern und die Dateien, die zuvor nicht gingen, laufen dann auch durch, was sicherlich aber auch nicht so ganz korrekt ist und für einen Batch-Durchlauf dann auch nicht funktioniert.

Setze mal deine Defaults zurück, dann sollte das PopUp eigentlich nicht mehr kommen,..

Irgendwas stimmt nicht.

Laut DebugOutput wird um 12:02:47 folgender Aufruf aufgerufen:
C:\Program Files\Video & Audio\Hybrid\64bit\ffmpeg.exe -y -ignore_editlist true -i "D:\Benutzer\tolde\Videos\Camcorder\2019-10-03.-18. Shanghai & Singapur\03.10.2019\2019-10-03 23'56'38.MOV" -map 0:0 -f mkvtimestamp_v2 "C:\Users\tolde\AppData\Local\Temp\2019-10-03 23'56'38.txt"
aufgerufen, und um 12:12:41 wird Hybrid geschlossen.

Wenn ich die Datei "2019-10-03 23'56'38.MOV" bei mir in Hybrid öffne wird sie direkt geöffnet, nicht als vfr erkannt und es werden auch keine TimeCodes extrahiert.

Das Programm wurde von mir nach 10 min manuell geschlossen, weil eben alles ausgegraut bleibt und ich nichts mehr bedienen kann. Erst nachdem ich die 3 Punkte in den Einstellungen geändert hatte, wie in deinem Post von 20:20, kann man MOV-Dateien öffnen.
Die Videodatei, die ich dir geschickt habe, ist genau die aus dem Debug-Log, keine andere. Keine Ahnung, warum das Programm bei mir solche Probleme verursacht. Die Fehlermeldung, die ich insgesamt neun Mal wegklicken muss, kommt im Übrigen auch bei MP4-Dateien...

zu den PopUps:
Eigentlich sollten die Popup's nach den resetten der Defaults (Config->Defaults->Reset->All) nicht mehr kommen,..
Deinstalliere mal Hybrid mit Einstellungen und installier mal die dev Version neu.

Zum Einfrieren: Ist mir total unklar wie ich komplett andere Informationen (andere Framerate und mit x264 encoded) erhalte, wenn es die gleiche Datei ist,...
