thank you, but remuxing each vob, some mkv files are good, some mkv files are still async.

Then those vobs are the problematic ones and you should try some mpeg-2 repair software on those files, before trying to remux or process them otherwise.
Wild guess: is that something during the ripping or transfer or those files went wrong.

yeah, if those vobs are problematic ones, but i'm wondering why the merged vob is so good, it seems has no any problem.

Probably something somehow autorepaired diring merge and new timecode build. I guess the same may happen if you fully transcode problematic VOB to another format instead of remuxing it.
