[BUG] FFV1 is very slow (no multithreading)
#1
Currently FFV1 codec use only small amount of CPU cores threads and small amount of GPU processor. In 10bit things became even worse (18fps). Any chance to improve speed in future? It feels like nice intermediate lossless codec for Hybrid.

Use VERSION 3 instead of 1. V3 is multithreaded.

It works! Big Grin 60fps@10 bit, 96Ffps@8bit brrrr...
But seems it is still some space for future improvement. Currently it use only all physical cores, but not all threads.

Depending on the resolution using more slices will help multithreading performance, but output file size will be larger.
