With the new version 2021.12.05.1 just after hybrid start I get this error message (windows).
I can´t start hybrid with debug output enabled (or disabled).

I've changed the included version of VCEEncC to the last one of 6.17 and now it works.

Thanks for the information.
Older v6.16 of VCEEnc did not work.

From the changelog of v6.17 of VCEEnc:

"Update AMF to 1.4.23.
AMD driver 21.12.1 or later will be required."
