Add LUT 3D to NVEnc

Hello,


Rigaya has added support for LUT 3D in NVEnc, if you can add it to Filtering in NVEnc in Hybrid please ?

Looked at the release site and at atm there are only binaries for Linux.
Once there are binaries for Windows and I had time to download and test the new functions I will think about adding them when NVEnc is used in 'only use encoder' mode in Hybrid.

rigaya added 64bit binaries. Smile
Would have send you a link to a dev verison for testing via pm, but you disabled pms. Smile

There is a 'Receive emails from the Administrators'-option.
