[BUG] Incorrect Color Matrix VUI in x264 for PNG image stream import

I've been on a long break, so I'm still on the latest public release (2022.03.20.1).

If importing 8 bit PNG and specifying bt709 for the Color Matrix, the VUI for Color Matrix on x264 seems to be stuck on bt470bg:





This will cause a color shift on export to mp4.

It's easily correctable by just unchecking "to input" and selecting "bt709", but it should be reading the input correctly.
