ok, thanks...so, where is the TRUTH?...displaying in preset is enabe it or when it checked in gui?)

and one more question - do i need to scan video or something...to make it work...or it's automatic scan file for dark areas and change aq mode on the fly (if i understand everything right from description)

The command line shows what Hybrid will use.
The segment based rate control is kind of experimental and from what I read so far, it seems like how it works is still in flux. Wink
