Yes. There is a playlist per title/episode. But when select a title, it play the whole section from time of started selection title.
Must times i split file by Hybrid Encoding, Because MKVToolNix split before key frames and can't split at a specific time/frame.

Normally chapter start points should be on IDR/Key frames so one can jump to them.
