Wollte mal MKV Cutter ausprobieren.

Ich bekomme aber nur eine Fehlermeldung

guck mal ob es hilft einen Ordner mit Namen 'platforms' zu erstellen und die qwindows.dll in ihn zu kopieren.

Das hat geholfen. Es stimmt aber mit dem Pack immer noch was nicht.
Es erzählt standhaft das ffms2.dll kein Avisynth 2.5/2.6 Plugin ist. Habe es aber dann doch mit fffms2.dll und ffmsindex.exe aus meinem Fundus überreden können. :-)
Nun habe ich aber ein anderes Problem. Ich dachte es kann IDX/SRT Untertitel Schneiden? Diese gehen aber beim Schneiden verloren? Und viel einzustellen ist da ja nicht.

Wie sieht es aus?

Ich habe noch ein paar Anmerkungen zu Programm.
Wäre nicht schlecht, wenn das Programm beim Output Namen den Namen vom Input nimmt. Vielleicht mit einem _cut dahinter.
Man sollte ein Output Ordner definieren können.
Die TEMP Folder Angabe merkt sich das Programm nicht.
Ist das scannen am Anfang wirklich nötig? Das Scannen dauert viel länger als das indexieren mit ffms2. Also wirklich Deutlich länger?
Wäre es Sinnvoll das wenn gescannt wurde. Die Daten gespeichert werden. So das wenn man es noch mal reinladen will nicht wieder gescannt wird?
Was mir extrem gut gefällt ist der Speed bei der Vorschau und ansteuern des Schnittbereiches. Da können Sich einige Kommerzielle Programme mal ne Scheibe abscheiden. Auch ein FullHD 18 Gig MKV läuft Butterweich in der Vorschau.
Wenn es nun noch SRT und IDX scheiden kann. Das beste was ich kenne. :-)

b. je nach Quelle müssen die time codes bekannt sein

Da es sich nur um eine proof-of-concept Implementation handelt sehe ich hier keinen Handlungsbedarf.

Komisch, sieht eigentlich korrekt aus.
Versuch es mal wenn Du 'keep intermediate' an hast und wenn es nicht klappst was für eine Ausgabe mkvmerge erzeugt, wenn Du den letzen Aufruf ausführst.

Ich noch mal.
Nachdem ich erst mal meine Ordner aufgeräumt hatte. Auch diverse TEMP Files. Geht es nun auch.Offenbar hatte ich zu viel unordung.
Dazu wenn ich 10 Minuten aus einem Film cutte. Und da sind dann keine Untertitel können ja auch keine im ziel sein. Logisch. LOL
Da lag das Problem vor dem Bildschirm. :-)
Ich hatte am Schnitt zwar Ruckler am Smart Rendering Punkt. Aber im VLC an meinem Media Player keine. Beim MPC HC half dann MadVR als Renderer und auch da dann keine Ruckler. Wobei das der Media Player für mich entscheidend ist.
Schnitt ist also sauber.
Das Problem mit der sehr langen Analysezeit am Anfang habe ich auch behoben bekommen. Warum auch immer wurde nur 1 Core benutzt. Nachdem ich mit dem Programm Prozess lasso der EXE gut zurede ist das nun DEUTLICH schneller.

2 Dinge sind mir noch aufgefallen. Die man verbessern sollte.
Bei jedem Schnitt muss man den TEMP Ordner wählen. Das ist echt etwas nervig.
Es gibt keine Option das Video abzuspielen. An und zu ist es nicht ganz unwichtig. Das man den Schnittpunkt in einer Schwarzen Blende auch nach Audio setzt. Bzw hören kann. Zb wenn Musik oder so etwas in die Schwarz Blende geht.
Sonst ist da unter Umständen beim Schnitt viel Trial and Error angesagt.
