on a fresh new start of Hybrid (no configurations saved) audio codec can't changed
#1
Hi Selur!
on a fresh new installation of Hybrid, enabling audio there is a warning about original audio type (if not compatible with container/format).. all my clips from a Blackmagic Intensity come with PCM audio... if i select to change the codec to AAC Hybrid doesn't "update" the change and it's necessary to save the AAC as a default , closing Hybrid a nd reopening it, after this is possbile to process the clip without any error using AAC on an MP4 container

here a video showing the process: www.wcn.it/Hybrid_FY3sfkVe3p.mp4 (just a small bug)

Please, read the 'Infos needed to fix&reproduce bugs,..'-sticky before you post about a problem.

1. mp4 container doesn't support PCM audio.
2. you need to update the audio queue!
You loaded the video set audio to 'auto add (first)' while audio was set to passthrough in the Audio-tab. This way, you created passthrough audio entries. Then you changed the audio settings. This does not change the audio queue.
So if you start Hybrid, set audio processing to 'auto add (first)', adjust the audio encoding to aac then load the source, this way the audio entries created in the Audio Queue will be reflect the encoding settings.

-> everything works as intended.

Cu Selur
