use '--check-features' to see what your cards supports with the drivers you use.
I don't think 10bit H.264 hardware encoding was ever supported by NVIDIA, Intel or AMD.

Interframe (https://www.spirton.com/interframe/) does not use QSVEnc, it uses the last free SVP libraries from https://www.svp-team.com/.
=> No, whatever option you refer to in your mind, if it's a QSVEnc option, it has nothing to do with Interframe.
(Also, Interframe works fine on my system with Avisynth and Vapoursynth.)
