[HELP] Crashed and couldn't rename file

Please help i used the lastest update and used the same setting to the march version but it always crashed in the end process and it says couldn't rename the file
i dont know what's wrong

Strange, I', not aware that I changed anything that should have an influence on that.

Found the error message:

Couldn't rename D:\Documents\Videos\encode\[Kusonime] Idolaku BD 1080p\2023-12-20@03_36_47_3310__10.mkv to D:\Documents\Videos\encode\[Kusonime] Idolaku BD 1080p\[Kusonime] Oshi no Ko BD - 01_new_new.mkv!

=> Usually this should only happen if one of the following occurs:

• the new file already exists
  Try clearing your temp and output folder.
  
• the source file does not exist
  According to the debug output, Hybrid did successfully create the file:

  and at least Hybrid did not delete the file.
  
• Hybrid can't access the file due to an overprotective virus scanner.
  Did you change your virus scanner or add a similar new tool?
  Try whether disabling the scanner helps.
  

I don't know where the issue is, according to what I see, it does not seem to be a bug in Hybrid.
