Global Profile Creating.
#1
It happend quite a few times now..

I have noticed some filters like (DIPRDenoise) for instance don't seem to work anymore after loading custom profile that i have created in the past !
Only after i have reset hybrid, and redo the exact same profile, choose and select the exact SAME settings, save & then reload the profile, these certain problematic filters seems to work again .

Audio Encode → AC3 included (crash !)

Hence, why i didn't see any vissual change during preview when DIPR wos enabled back there  Dodgy
Something is going on using/loading custom profiles between hybrid releases ..  Confused

You should always load, examine and resave profiles.
If that does not help share a step-by-step so Ican reproduce the problem.
Try to use as few settings as possible to reproduce the problem, so that it easier to reproduce.

I have tried that..

Resave the pre-existing profile in the updated hybrid release, doesn't seem to have an affect !
When reloading the resave, i still have the same issues..

Only creating the profile from scratch in the latest install of hybrid, seems to solve issues with certain settings !

Can't reproduce => can't fix
(also make sure to load profiles always before loading sources)

You can't. Those can be disabled. (you just don't know how Big Grin)

If only recreating the models helps, you can:
a. copy the existing model to a different dir
b. create the model anew
c. compare those models.
Maybe that will show the culprit.

a. i asume pre-existent model created in earlier releases of hybrid ?
b. creating from bottom up? Or from loaded preset  ↑ ?
c. compare?  Just by checking settings ? Or recode media files ? The latter seems somewhat a tidious troubleshoot though  Undecided

D. what if i just shared my pre-created profile with you?  you should be able to reproduce the issh without a problem, provided you use the same hybrid release like me  Wink

a. yes
b. whatever works
c. a text compare by comparing the content of the profile files in a text editor which allows you to do compare files.

Since you never care to post a proper step-by-step, I do not care enough to spend the time trying to adjust your global model so that it works on my system.

b. don't be so sure about that one... like i have mentioned before, resaves just as broken in newer releases of hybrid.
c.  what do i have to look for specifically ?  Or do you mean, compare notes, exactly word for word, letter by letter ..?

All steps i have gone through are saved in my profile that i usually load up , you know.

What other steps are there besides  → 1. load profile (all settings included = dubsteps   Big Grin), 2. opening media file, 3. add job 4. Fire it up ?

You see, all steps i took are already saved in the profile..
The profile is actually the steps i took to the road to succes before.. you see...

The details are in the profile Sir Selur ...  Hence i suggest to share it... cuz.. sharing is caring .. is it not °^° ?
