Question about GMFSS filtering

hello Selur (or someone else I don't know), I'm a new user of hybrid, and I recently saw something that interests me but I don't know what it means and how to do it to use. This is the GMFSSfortuna filter, to use it you have to download something? installed something? and the model does not appear in Frame Interpolation so my question is simple: how to use it

It requires:
a. a recent NVIDIA GPU
b. the installation of the torch-addon (link to my GoogleDrive can be found over at https://www.selur.de/downloads)
