Nice. (wasn't encoded by Hybrid, encoded it during my command line test)
If you remind me at 27th of May, I might have some time to look into adding experimental support to Hybrid.
(proper support will only be available once it's in ffmpeg main branch, and thus the source filters for Vapoursynth, Avisynth and MPC-HC willl support it)

Just had a look at xeve again an noticed:
-z, --fps [INTEGER]
    : frame rate (frame per second)
So no 23.976 or 29.97 fps.

ffmpeg -i input.mp4 -r 30000/1001 output.mp4
That will only set the frame rate of the container, not the stream.
That is not a solution and not something I would add to Hybrid.
