hybrid error message on 2024 update

Thanks for this great software.
I updated the software again now I'm getting an error

The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dill was not found. Reinstalling may fix the problem

Reinstalling hss not resolved the problem.
This is why I did not want to update
