Please, read the 'Infos needed to fix&reproduce bugs,..'-sticky before you post about a problem.

I got an alert window after installing Vapoursynth with VapourSynth macOS Installer AND opening a file to convert.

DeSharpen-category was removed quite a while ago.
Deleting your defaults will likely fix your problem.
