Not sure what you want or what's not working. (lost in translation)
With interframe, to use another GPU than the one at guid 0, you need to 'Overwrite' 'Smooth' to use that guid.
Read http://avisynth.nl/index.php/SVPflow#svpflow2 on how to format the Smooth value.
