Problem:
Bitrate is not automatically corrected when audio file is added/removed, even when same target size is re-elected in the list.
Only when a different one is chosen first, and then again the new desired one is chosen after that, the bitrate calculates anew.

it's back but this time, audio data is not present in the output stream and it happens in nvenc and variable bitrate calculation only :ß

I set NVEnc as encoder, selected 'Encoding mode' 'variable bitrate', set a bitrate.
When adding audio streams or removing them, the target size got updated properly.
When setting a target size and then adding or removing audio streams, the bit rate got updated fine too.
=> Will need details, can't reproduce it here.
