Some heavy denoising might also do a fine job, would need a sample of the unprocessed source and some info about your hardware and what os you are using for proper suggestions.

I'm running Windows 10 and have an nVidia RTX 3060 Ti video card.  Video sample is attached.  I've used various AI models to process video using chaiNNer, but I've never run into a denoising model (other than dotzilla, which is great for cleanup of dot crawl and rainbowing). Thanks!
