Fixed the output renaming/moving for raw output.
About the not reporting of the DV data: that's a bug (or missing feature) in Mediainfo.

Hybrid in both cases (with container and just raw) uses the same encoding call, only difference is whether the output is then muxed and renamed or just renamed/moved. Uploaded a new dev version.
