I ran in this issue with the latest dev build. My job suddenly stops at mkvmerge stage...
Everything worked fine with smaller files and h264.
Signing out and restarting an application won't work(

Debug output doesn't really show an issue:

It does mention "Parsing the FLAC file. This can take a LONG time." but no clue what could be the problem. Since the parsing was over.
You could try whether it also happens with an older version:
https://mkvtoolnix.download/windows/releases/
Doesn't seem to be a bug in Hybrid itself. (not sure whether mkvmerge before also used vfw wrapper for ffv1,..)

Yes, I checked the debug output too... It just stops)
I might try renaming file or testing with other one. In the end I imported mkv and flac files directrly into Resolve and everything seemed to be fine, so it's an mkvmerge problem or sth else

In case it ain't mkvmerge it probably is some virus scanner or similar interfering with the muxing at some point.

For some weird reason everything worked just fine with another file 💀
I haven't done anything else, just picked a different source and set QTGMC to draft to speed up process...

Can't reproduce it here.

Are there known bugs with mkvmerge? I think I got the same problem 2 or 3 times before, but that fixed itself after renaming file
