Hi!

in x264 and x265 codecs - Color Range: Limited/TV and Full/PC = this function is there.

but in Nvenc and Qsvenc codecs they are not there - Qsvenc just displays.

Please fix it

QSVEncC:

NVEncC:

both allow to signal luma/color range.
But QSVEncC is missing a checkbox under 'Adjust Color' to allow manually adjusting the range.
=> Uploaded a new dev where I added a 'luma' checkbox to QSVEnc, which should fix your problem.
