[HELP] Remove text from end of movie
#1
Is there a way of removing text from the end of a 4K ProRes film master I'm working on? I need to replace FINE (Italian) with THE END. The text is animated against a moving background of the sky and trees.

I've had some success with an online AI watermark remover, but it only allows a maximium file size of 300mb.

Any suggestions?

Sample clip.

I think ProPainter can remove that. I'll give it a try later this evening.

Had a quick go at it.
Problem is:
a. Hybrid has no option for object racking
b. the text is moving => a video mask would be needed
c. the text color is changing => this makes is more tricky to create a video mask
So had a quick try creating a mask using script and got this mask.
Then I used proPainter (script) and got this output.
My guess is that with a proper mask clip one could use proPainter to get rid of such a text.
