Uploaded a new dev which should fix the popups.
I doubt that helps with the encoding and preview not working, since I can't reproduce the issue here. Undecided
Does this also happen if you use different source material? (different container, stream formats?)
Since the older version work for you: Does the Vapoursynth script look different in those versions?
Does it change anything if you move the temp folder outside of Windows? (so not under C:\Users\... or similar)
You don't have to test encoding, if Vapoursynth Preview does not work.

Work from Hybrid_2025.07.27.1

That sadly doesn't help. Can't report a problem over at GitHub without being able to reproduce it myself.
I can't reproduce the problem, so it might be something that is either related to your source or your cpu.
Is are any more details then "Error in file "Hybrid\64bit\vsfilters\SourceFilter\LSmashSource\LSMASHSource.dll" ?

I mean if you take the LSMASHSource.dll file from the Hybrid_2025.07.27.1 version and put it in the dev version, it works

Yeah, that helps you, but that does not solve the problem why this is happening and how to prevent it.
Since L-SMASH-Works 20250706 1266.0.0.0 works fine here, I'll keep it in the dev and it probably will be in the next release unless a new version is released.

When using https://github.com/lucasg/Dependencies/r...ag/v1.11.1 and opening the dll on your system, does it show any missing dependencies?
Does that version work if you copy:
Hybrid/vcruntime140.dll
and
Hybrid/vcruntime140_1.dll
into the 64bit\vsfilters\SourceFilter\LSmashSource folder?
