Suspect that De-interlace filters not getting correct results

Thanks for the information. I have now ripped the DVD with a different tool and It does now show up as telecine (soft) when loaded into Hybrid.

Telecine (soft) can either be handled with TIVTC or if you have an NVIDIA card and allow Hybrid to use DGDecNV through using DGDecNV.

I can reproduce the sync problem and I know where the problem is:
MediaInfo reports:

Since 'Delay relative to video' is 0 Hybrid assumes there is no delay.
Telling Hybrid to use 281ms as delay, seems to fix the sync issue for me.

This is the first time I see a file where someone delayed both audio&video,....

=> adjusting the delay should fix the problem for you too. (you could remux your file with the delay to fix the problem on the already encoded file)
Strange that MakeMKV didn't fix this when remuxing.
