Subtitles are not properly handled in Hybrid 2025.10.22.1

Hello Selur,

   I found some bugs in the last Hybrid 2025.10.22.1 (HAVC test version).
   I know that you are probably working on more versions, and so the fixing of these bugs is not urgent, but I report them in the case It could be useful.

   1) debug file is not generated. I checked Config->Internal->Create debug file, but the debug file is not generated 
       (I checked in Config->Paths: "Output path to source path", "Temp path to output path")
  
   2) The attached clip has the following subtitles

  as you can see the language tag "Language" is missing in the encode clip, so the subtitles have not language assignment.

Ps.: about the debug output, also setting a 'Default input path' as fallback should help.
