Help for Remaster

I managed to access a file and would like to know how to remaster it; it's file number "5" (I don't have a way to digitize it again). What filters should I use for remastering?

Started the download, since download speed is ~500bBit/s this will take a while, but it should be finished, so that I can look at it after work.

I tried 10+ times to download this, but it always stops after 35-83% and doesn't restart,... :/

If I send screenshots of what I want to correct, will that be enough? Then I'll keep trying.

I'm atm. trying to add the mega file to an old mega account I had and download from there,... (@37% atm. and still 1 hour to go, if it finishes and keeps the speed)
Screenshots are okay to show what you want to change, but don't really help with giving a suggestion, unless you want suggestions to use an image editor.

Copying the file to my old account and downloading from there worked.

  That's great! I thought I would need to upload that file again, and since the internet here in Brazil is terrible, it would certainly take me 5 hours.

Okay, looking at the file:
a. not many details to start with (only way to add details would be to run it through some diffusion model through ConfyUI or similar)
b. source was badly captured, deinterlaced and sharpened with thick dark and bright halos. :/
c. looking at the Magic logo the chroma seems shifted or bleeding
using: SpotLess+ Delta, DeJitter, Crop, BalanceBorders, RemoveDirtMC, MCTemporalDenoise (notice: I moved BB behind Crop):
