I will look at it after work today, but I would need a debug output of the analysis of a source where this happens. (and a debug output containing the missinterpretation as ac3; normally Hybrid should use eac3 as extension)
With the debug ouput I can't really trace where the issue arrises, as i.e. Hybrid normally takes the length from MediaInfo not ffmpeg.
