I found the problem.
MediaInfo reports those images as Video not as Images.
...
LOL, found the cause if the numbering starts with 0000 MediaInfo reports a Video if the numbering starts with 00001 it reports Images,..
-> will try to write a workaround for this later and send you a new link

Hybrid Is a good tool for converting videos, and you make a good job in developing and mantaining this tool.
