Yeah it's a bug in SVT-AV1, see: https://github.com/OpenVisualCloud/SVT-AV1/issues/1271 which causes problems.
For your case disabling 'SVT-AV1->Overwwrite Hierarchical motion estimation (HME)' should help.

Ps.: Also fixed a few ui glitches in regard SVT-AV1 will create a new dev version with hopefully a new SVT-AV1 tomorrow assuming they fixed the issue till then.
