I think I found a bug
When converting a movie with ffmpeg NVenc the detection is now VBR or CBR
But it should be CFR

Well spotted.
A copy&base mistake, instead of looking at "Frame rate mode", I tool the value of "Bit rate mode".
Should be fixed in latest dev now.
