The versions I compiled are available in my GoogleDrive.
You probably can replace the dependencies with newer versions, assuming the call syntax hasn't changed.
The whole code base is ugly and never was really meant to be developed further.
2019 was the last time I looked at the code and 2017 is probably the last time I really modified the code.
In 2019 I added the audio wavefront overlay to it and some Avisynth handling changes.
If someone is interested to open source it and develop it further, I can share the source code.
MKV Cutter was never meant as a serious tool for usage, but only as a proof-of-concept, so I have no plan of spending any time on it.
LosslessCut and similar should do a better job.
