Even if you only consider MKV Cutter a 'proof-of-concept' tool, it's pretty darn good and since discovering it, I've been using it more and more. It fills a gap that nobody has quite filled since you made it. Like Avidemux, your tool gives me frame perfect cuts and it handles subtitles like a champ where as Avidemux doesn't.
Lossless Cut is good and all but -EVERY- time I cut on key frames and it stitches the cut pieces back together, I always get this weird "glitch" where the scenes are merged. Your tool and Avidemux don't do this. I've tried messing with all the settings in Lossless Cut but can't get that weird glitch to go away.
