Small question: how do I use the windows key on my keyboard as apple key?
Problem atm. is whenever I press the key it's used by Windows and not by the VM.

The Vapoursynth problem is probably since Hybrid assumes that all the scripts and filters are autoloaded.
I'll do some testing tomorrow.
Does encoding work if no scripts are used?
