[HELP] problem loading any mkv file

Hello,

since a few weeks (I didin't use Hybrid since a long time), I try to encode 20GB (big) H264 files in H265 files to reduce their size, but I can't do anything : when loading, I have a popup saying "filteringModel get-> found no field 'vsCustomFieldMatch'", and when I click on it, I have an other one, and an other, etc etc.

I have the 2023.03.17  version

I created a HybridDebugOutput.zip file as requested, containing also a sample (4 sec) of the last movie I tried to encode --> I sent it to you via email

sorry my outlook must have done smthg wrong !
I don't know what happened & what to do to prevent that :-(

in the zip file there are 2 files :
- the debug.txt
- the sample

I got 73 emails,...
mkv file loads fine hre.
The debug output only contains the info that you loaded:

C:\Users\lesdoudouz\AppData\Roaming\hybrid\profiles\global\NVEnc_10Mbps_movies.xml

nothing more.
Your profile probably didn't include the debug output beeing enabled, so by loading it, you disabled the debug output.

I see a log of popup complaining about stuff (try resetting your defaults), but other that it looks like the mkv is loaded correctly.

Hi,

i uninstalled the previous vertsion, kept the settings, installed the dev version : I have the same problem :-(
I precise that I have to launch the task manager to be able to delete Hybrid, otherwise it keeps posting the error windows

I tried with an other profile & its doing the same

So I tried without loading any profile - and it seems to be ok !
here is what is written in the Hybrid main window :
 "Analyzing video streams...
  Analyzing video stream (0).
starting auto routines for source number: 1
No input color matrix found, guessing by format and resolution,..
  selecting 'bt709' since width*height and TV scale > 720*576.
-> Assuming color matrix to be: bt709

So I suppose  there's a problem with my "old" profiles, no ?
I'll try to create them again, & will keep you aware of the result

Yes, from time to time the changes in Hybrid break old profiles.
It might work, if you:
a. load your profile, check the settings
b. save your profile
c. restart Hybrid and then use the newly saved profile.

Only a debug output is helpful, other logs do not contain useful data and are just a hinderance to me.

if the video or audio codec has an error - usually I change the container or take out the video or audio from the file
