hello,

so I opened the xml profile file with notepad, deleted all the lines containing the profiles Hybrid didn't find/was complaining about, saved the file, opened Hybrid, loaded the profile & saved it
but when i loaded a movie, i had the same message :-(

got no time to look at it atm. you can try resetting the defaults before loading your profile
you can also zip and attache the profile so that I can try to reproduce it here with your profile, once I have some time

Hi,

I went to "Config > Profiles > Defaults > Reset : All" & clicked on the black arrow
then loaded my global profile & loaded a movie
and I had the same message :-(

as I don't want to fload you again with 73 mails, how can i send you the zip file please ?

Okay, that is not one, but tons of them.

Opening the 'test.xml' profile, that's from "2019.04.23.1" that's from more than 4 years ago, editing that file by hand will probably not be anything you will try to do since it would be too much work.
Like I wrote before:

a. load your profile, check the settings
b. save your profile
c. restart Hybrid and then use the newly saved profile.
(you will probably have to fix some of the settings, since a bunch of names etc. changed)
